There will come a time when you will need to get a new roof.When it finally comes time to do it you are going to need to make a couple of decisions.You have the option of installing the new roof on top of the old roof. Or you can strip the old roof and install the new roof fresh.This information here will take a look at both ways.

First choice of installing the new roof over the old.If this will be the method you choose you could possibly have some bumps on the roof. Ask the contractor for a couple of recent addresses where they did this.Then you will be able to tell if that look will bother you. Know of course if you do it this way you will save a lot of money. So that brings up the second option which is the price.It doesn’t matter if the bumps and lumps is a bother to you, you have to consider if the price matters to you. In other words are you willing to have better look even if you have to pay more.Or will that extra money be important to you?If you do, you need to be very clear on whether or not the bumps will be a problem. As you can see it really comes down to how good you want it to look.And do you mind paying for that kind of look.If you are in need of money pick the first way. Especially if you don’t think that the looks will bother you because you aren’t so picky.
