Salesmen

Whenever you walk into somewhere and are looking to buy something that is going to cost you some serious money like the Audi R8 or a brand new cooker or perhaps even a new HD television, is it just me or are all the salesmen always trying to get you to buy the most expensive thing out there and they will never, ever take no for an answer.

Out of all of the salesmen which is the worst one out there.

Electronic Store

It really depends on what you are after but unless you are buying something quick like a computer game then you will usually find someone running up to you the second you get in the door because even this people tend to get commission on the things that they sell you. The major issue with the sales people is that either they are people that are very stuck up or you cannot understand a word that they are saying.

The worst thing about walking into somewhere like this is that they will always treat you like a stupid moron trying to trick you into something that you do not want or need. The great thing is that when you do actually know something about the things you are buying it can be really funny to see their reactions when you correct them or tell them that you do not want the most expensive item because you know for a fact they are trying to sell you it for its price.

I in fact once walked into Game to hear the question, “When is the Xbox 360 out”, to my amazement the guy behind the till said, “Let me go and check with the manger”. I then came in with the right answer which of course really shocked the guy and I was thinking why work in game shop when you have no care on what things are coming out.

The next part of this article will talk about the car salesmen who always try to sell you those very poor used cars among the new Audi for a surprisingly worrying cheap price.

Need For Speed Shift is Worth Playing

After renting out the new Need for Speed Shift I came back rather impressed. Some of the last additions of the game have really not been very good at all. The last couple of Need For Speed games have been very poor indeed and shift is nice way of starting the series from scratch. In all honestly it did need an overhaul.

This game has actually got a chance of competiting with the new Forza game which is on the way later this month.

The game itself is long lasting indeed, with hours needed to be spent on it to gain access to cars and to finish all of the races. The online modes are also going to take you a lot of time.

This game isn’t about used cars but more about the custom made models from the likes of Mercedes, Ford and every other car maker you can think of.

Need for Speed in terms of fun does actually seem a lot better than Forza but having only played the demo of Forza it might be a bit too early to tell. Forza has a bigger selection of choice when it comes to cars and also seems to have a far superior graphics engine.

EA have concentrated on the driver himself and have tried to make you feel like the driver. Everything in the game is supposed to make you feel like the driver, any crash you make will turn the screen blurry and even go black and white. This is quite a nice effect as not many games have actually done this to a very good standard and this time EA have seemingly pulled it off.

All you need to do is play the two demo’s for the games and decide for yourself, you could always think about getting them both!

Playing a game is perfect for choosing your new car

When playing the new Grand Turismo, I really do have to say how awsome the cars look compared to their reall counterparts. When playing these types of games i could really go for one of the top of the range cars that I am racing with. However, when you really think about it, are they affordable?

With car contract hire they can most certainly become available with as little as £214 a month. Before, when playing driving games I have never really found myself to be interested in cars at all but after playing some of the newer ones like Grand Turismo it is difficult not to see what people see in some of these fantastic cars. The graphics in games like this really are top notch. In ten years the industry for gaming has come so far enabling more funding for games such as Grand Turismo 5. I remember when I was playing Formula one on the N64 and I thought that was amazing and that was probably around about nine years ago now.

It is truly amazing to see how far the power of the graphics have come after loading up the new Grand Turismo. It is arguable that playabilty is better than graphics and to a certain extent this is true but you also can't argue with the awsome graphics that the new games have. It wasn't until recently whilst playing one of the graphically stunning looking games that I decided I could really do with one of these awsome looking cars.

Are these brilliant graphics put into the game for playabilty or just so you can really see how good these cars are? In short yes, numerous games get a lot of their funding from advertising in game! it is truly amazing how you can pick from so many different car names as well as choose the unique colour for you. In other words you can look at what car you fancy buying and the dream colour without even having to leave the safety of your living room. Fantastic!

As well as this, with hires like Audi contract hire for ridiculously small amounts of money a month, the cars you see in games can truly become your own.
