Driving at night can be deadly and even more so for learner drivers. The difference is so great that there is a major difference in the numbers of people involved in accidents that occur during the day and night.

Fri. and Sat. nights are far more threatening than any other day of the week. This is as there’s more cars and people on the roads. The risks in driving at night, besides being totally unable to see as much as you would in the day are 10 fold.
It’s difficult to spot every obstacle or danger that can appear on the road. Whether it’s another car or just junk on the road, it will take longer for you to spot these obstacles and thus longer to stop your car. There are some important thins you can check for before attempting to drive at night and these will assist in reducing your chances of being involved in an accident with another vehicle.
By planning your trip beforehand, you will not have to say you’re lost or be uncertain how to get to where you have to be. It may sound silly but believe it or not, many people forget to turn their lights on. Sometimes it’s the simple things like this which can cause an accident to occur
