I have witnessed time after time in the high school levels. I have done so much teen counseling San Diego I see how not being prepared mentally can set someone up for failure.But for the many who have had counseling and prepartion, they can expect a lot of success.

If a person is prepared for that pressure they can succeed.By mentally preparing their mind they can take on whatever may come their way.  I have had many students and athletes come to me needing this guidance in my family therapist San Diego practice.  They range from very good athletes to the average.With a mind that is ready to compete a person who is an average athlete can have tremendous success against superior competition. While a great athlete can soar ahead of everyone with that knowlege.
